My Laboratory Maniac / Paradigm Shift current experiment, casual budget vintage deck.
The safest plan is to combo in the same turn by playing first the Maniac, then exiling your graveyard with the Crypt, playing the Shift and then drawing a card with any of the cycling cards. If you play against opponents who will not mess up with your graveyard, hand or draws then you can theoratically play the Shift one turn earlier than the Maniac (your library will probably be only one or two cards before your draw step), it's a lot of fun to pull it like that. With the perfect starting hand of Maniac + Shift + Sol Ring/Lotus Bloom + any cycling card, you can win as early as turn 3.
