so your lightning reaver gets +2/+2 for each ashenmoor liege in play, when lightning reaver deals damage it gets an charge counter and deals damage equal the number of charge counters on it at the end of your turn, so thats easy when target player cant block.

even when target player struggels with the counters till he can attack you can destroy his lands with poison the well, (destroy target land it controller loses 2 life)
if he wants to gain life you put everlasting torment in play, all damage is wither damge, damage cant be preventented players cant gain life.
