A description of what this is from the first modern budget I posted-"It seems my definition of budget is quite different from a lot of members on here, but my goal with the next couple of decks I post will be to build competitive modern decks under $100. Not expecting them to win PTQ's, but simply be a gateway for new players to start getting in to modern.Everywhere I play one of the problems seems to be getting players into modern, due to price or the meta's learning curve, they seem to stick to standard. I want to post 4-5 beginning decks under $100 for starter modern Decks."

Thanks! for under $100 i think it plays pretty well, just want to dump burn spells on you opponent. Ive been working on lists of actual budget decks that can be competitive, burn is my favorite so far
