Its burn, just about one turn slower. the three-color wheel allows more burn with bump in the night, blightning, lightning helix, and boros charm. Opens up to some removal like cruel edict and path to exile.

Fuck yeah! BWR BURN! And you even have the right mana base going on, right-on, brother, right-on! My only suggestions:Lose Dark Confidant in favor of Vexing Devil because it's either 1/5 of their life total for 1 mana, or it's 4 damage a turn! Bob is just too slow for you, don't let it happen. Don't be dumb.Also lose Rakdos's Return and Blightning in favor of Goblin Guides. You want immediate damage done as fast as possible. You aren't going to have enough mana ever for Rakdos's Return to be valuable, and Jesus Christ Blightning is so slow.

I would Keep Bob in since the one thing this deck lacks is card advantage. By turn 2or 3 you have no cards in hand so having a source of card advantage is important. But I agree Rakdos's Return and Blightning are great cards but slow.You do not wanna go past turn 5 with this deck, so some Vexing Devils or Goblin Guides would help with that.Young pyromancer would provide a fast clock, give all your spells more value, and give you blockers if you need them.Awesome deck. Burn is so powerful and this deck shows it.
Burn Is my baby! ive played variations since 4th edition, in various forms, and it is my favorite. I did remove rakdos returns, it is just too slow for me. i want to go to 3 lavamancers, 4 dark confidant when i get another. goblin guides are in. not a fan of vexing devil when there are other options. blightning is sideboarded
I honestly think Bob may not be the best, but I haven't tested with him on account of not owning any, how is he going for you in this build? Also I see someone learned a little from my build... ;D
He is helpful early, keeps cards in my hand, not a great top deck.. Thinking slaughter pact may move on in
the 2/2 for one is cool it fills up there hand and its a first turn drop

For that high of mana cost I just don't think it fits. And its only 4 damage for 4 cmc. That's bad math in burn. I'll check yours out
