Yet another modern budget deck for under $100!! These are back by popular demand. Goal is to get newer players, and players who feel modern is to expensive, into the Modern format. Modern has a huge card pool and is one of the funniest competitive formats to get into. Cards do not rotate out of modern, so a deck can be a long term investment rather than standard lasting 2 years at most. this deck is designed to have playable cards that can be used in several decks in modern, with you saving and buying into the cards you need later. most the cards listed can be used in several other decks like dredge, controlOr you can run it as-is and just buy the sideboard to make it more powerful. the sideboard is my save-for list

So.much.synergy. This is maybe my favorite "budget Modern" deck yet. And this really would price-out at the lower end of the "estimated value" spectrum...really, this is ridiculously good value even for casual play, much less getting into competitive. +1.

I think a lot of the cards in this you can get for $0.10-$0.25 in bulk boxes/lots. or easily in trade. im getting turn 2 wins in sample hands with nivmagus elemental. it feels like it is competitive, and can beat up people the same way infect does. I think I would want a playset of mizzium skins, some blue mana sources, some cheap counterspells, and 2 more apostles blessings sb if I went to FNM with this, just to protect my creatures
Yeah, I had the same thought about counterspells, but thought maybe it was just me...this is really interesting, I hope that you continue to keep us posted.
this deck very fun, kill urself and then kill enemy since death´s shadow is op!!! i recommedn the temur battle rage, in my opinino better than fling! also this is aggressvi deck so i i not like vivid lands since come tapped
I'm guessing that's a concession being made to uphold the "budget" aspect of the deck, since best lands = more $$$.
yes that is the one thing I want to fix in here. still tweaking the lands. temur battle rage may actually just be better since it gets around leyline of sanctitiy. I bought a Go-pro and a stand, so I may start linking some videos for you guys!!!
