Yet another modern budget deck for under $100!! Goal is to get newer players, and players who feel modern is to expensive, into the Modern format. Modern has a huge card pool and is one of the funniest competitive formats to get into. Cards do not rotate out of modern, so a deck can be a long term investment rather than standard lasting 2 years at most.America control is pretty fun, play a lot of permission and control. Most cards on this list are things you need for control anyways, and you can just buy into grist of st traft, snapcaster mage, and cryptic command
