I would like to first say that I play magic casually, though I do know a lot about the Modern/Legacy decks. I like to find a card and make a deck around it, or make a deck around a common theme, usually on a decently low budget. This time I made a deck around the card Bruna, Light of Alabaster! The main idea of the deck is to play Bruna, attack and attach a bunch of beefy auras to her and win!
It takes a while to get enough mana to play Bruna or Sovereigns, so I put in Kor Spiritdancer and Academy Researchers for the early targets for the aura spells. Academy Researchers + Eldrazi Conscription = Win!Grand Arbiter is there to speed you up and slow your opponents down, and the two "Vow of" enchantments can be played on enemy creatures to prevent them from attacking, then transferred to Bruna whenever she attacks.There is plenty of card draw from Kor Spiritdance, Shielding Plax, and Sage's Reverie. You can protect your enchanted creature with Shielding Plax, Gift of Immortality, and even Umbra Mystic!Aside from that, I put Auratogs in the sideboard for the hilarity of it. You can sacrifice all your auras to it just to swing with Bruna and return them all attached to her again.
