Nice deck I like the Idea, I used to run delver R/U in Legacy. Very powerful deck. Yours has a few issues such as you have no top deck manipulation to ensure you are flipping the Delver. And you should be running around 20-22 Instant and sorceries. You should look at some of the legacy Delver decks on www.starcitygames.com on the decks section and look at some of the decks. Yes they are legacy but the inner workings are similar also take a look at some of the modern decklists for delver on www.mtgtop8.com good luck with the deck.

You see, this is more of a hybrid Delver-Control, so I don't mind as much flipping the Delver of Secrets because he's not my win condition. I reviewed your links and I kind of realized that my win condition is overall beat-down. Also, I've play-tested this deck many times against mirrors and other forms of Control.
