The name of the game is disruption. You want to take early control of the game by stripping away any key cards that can be a pain to your gameplan (cheap counter spells, Dark Confidant, Tarmogoyf, etc.). Do this with the targeted discard from Inquisition of Kozilek and Thoughtseize. Then, go for the chunk discard (Wrench Mind, and Delirium Skeins) to put your opponent in top-deck mode. After, once you steadily keep their hand size low, play your win conditions: Liliana's Caress, The Rack, Shrieking Affliction, and Waste Not. Once done, continue to keep their hand empty or close-to, and the game will be in your hands.
