I thank you for the advice! Sadly, I try normally to keep my decks under $60. I will, however, sideboard it. While I dislike the use of advice as a bargaining chip for popularity, I will admit that was wonderful advice, and will look at your ideas.

In that case, surgical extraction. When they start discarding, get the same effect for 2 life.
Find some way to add in copy enchantment. It would be extremely powerful in this deck.
Council of the absolute is good, but you should add in extract, as it lets you remove a card in an opponents library from the game, and also get to search through their library, letting you know exactly what to say when you play a non-cast card. It's also only 1 mana.

Have you thought of using any jace's phantasm? They'll fill in the one mana cost creature, and later on count as 5/5 with flying for one mana.
Restoration angel is a wonderful flickerer, if you haven't seen it.
Interesting, but you should add a description + how to play. As for the deck, maybe sideboard the tidebinder Mage and add in dungeon geists for the same effect, but not color specific.
Growing ranks allows a populate every turn, and sprouting phytohydra works as a very good set of walls after the first dies
