While it's almost useless against a non-creature base deck, it is absolutely hilarious to see the opponents deck slowly dismantled and tooled for your own purposes. Also happened to be pretty cheap. Comments, advice and suggestions will be appreciated.
Steal things, destroy things, destroy things so you can steal them, etc. All the creatures steal, nettlevine blight and parasitic implant destroy, and both demise's and unhallowed pact steal when destroyed. Soul ransom, spinal embrace and slave of bolas destroy after stealing.
