You should add Funeral Charm. Since it's instant speed, you can use it right after Maralen of the Moonsong so that your opponent still loses life, but they don't have a chance to play the card that they searched for, because you make them discard it. Also, it has its other abilities if necessary.

Nice. Try having a few more 1 drops, and less 4 drops, so you can play more cards first turn. If you're trying to be budget, maybe just some cheap discard spells? ::_:: <-- Spiderface

In the "How to Play" section, you said to use peer through depths. You aren't playing that card. ::_:: <-- Spiderface

Wow! This is a really good deck. It's a great idea to have things like sign in blood so that opponents always have cards for you to discard, while also making them loose life. You seem to have a lot of cards that allow you to search your library for cards. What cards are you looking for? Also, you should have a Pendelhaven to help boost your 1/1's. You're only to cards away from modern.

Grave Betrayal doesn't work with creature removal, though, because it only works on your opponent's creatures.

One last comment. Maybe try Blind Obedience. It follows the same idea of the deck with not allowing your opponents to get out cards, and if they do, it punishes them for it. Also you can extort if you have extra mana. (I'm not sure if the EDH rules allow this, though, because It takes white or black mana to extort.)

Thanks. I'll have to go look up Grave Betrayal. Can you leave a link to your friend's deck if he posted it online?

Also, you should add a deck description. It help people know how you're supposed to play the deck... or the most fun way- It helps people know what your idea was when making the deck. ::_:: <-- Spiderface

You should take out Sol Ring to make it Legacy. You should take out Glowrider because you have more noncreature spells than creature spells. I'm not sure why you have Etherium Sculptor or Lodestone Golem, because you don't have many artifacts. Other than that, cool deck. ::_:: <--Spiderface

You should have Skittles (Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon) in in case you can't kill your opponents fast enough, and you end up in lategame.

I don't think he needs Faithless Looting, mostly because he has 4 Flamekin Harbingers. Also, it doesn't fit the idea of this deck.

Best mil I've seen in a long time. I don't think you need Phenax, though. He doesn't mil as much as your other cards, and for five mana, you could be playing something a lot better.

Cool deck, but since it is a four color deck, you need special lands and Noble Hierarch to get what you need, but those cards are really expensive. Although white and black are good, you might try having just green, splashing blue, unless this is not how you want to play your deck. Also, noble hierarch isn't that great, because, you would want to be playing glistener elf first turn, then winning second turn with a crap load of green buffs, and cards like distortion strike. Pendalhaven is a great choice. Try livewire lash in sideboard if you are playing against a deck that tries to go into late game with fog and the like. Livewire lash makes the creature deal damage, not the artifact, so your opponents still get poison counters.

...you don't have a first turn though. :( You literally can't play anything on your first turn.
