Changed my mind. I'm going to just make an OP flying deck. I want some more low mana cost flying and some that are OP even if they cost more. Also can you think of anything that will do something like"Flying cost (mana) less to cast"?
Ok, that's fine I rework my decks all the time, what you looking for as far as colors? Blue obviously, any other color(s)? Also what is your budget? At the top of the page you can see, "Draw Sample Hand" , "Deck Stats" and "Deck Details". If you click deck stats, it will give you a breakdown of all the card prices, as well as other useful info.
