Not too quick, but quite powerful if it gets going. Not to mention there is much synergy between the cards, and your opponent will get frustrated.
the best possible hand would be a 1st turn dark ritual, and nightveil specter, with a turn two inkfathom infilirator (and an extra card perhaps if you manage to play a card with the specter) and a 3rd turn thassa.
