The idea is simple: get as many Impact Tremors, Purphoros and Outpost Sieges (with the Dragons option) on table as you can, then flood the table with goblins using a combination of Howl of the Horde with Dragon Fodder or Hordeling Outburst. Most ideal scenario would be with Impact Tremors, Purphoros and Outpost Sieges in play, getting some Hordeling Outbursts off and the using Descent of the Dragons on your goblin tokens. This way you would get some damage off with the goblins when they enter the battlefield and when they leave the battlefield, and then make more damage when the dragons enter.
