Standard budget deck based around the madness ability.
Insolent Neonate, Lightning Axe, Call the Bloodline and Sinister Concoction allow me to cast things for madness cost. Decent creature destruction with Avacyn's Judgment, Lava Axe, Sinister Concoction and Gifted Aetherborn. My hand should empty quickly to trigger Bloodhall Priest. Asylum Visitor and Insolent Neonate allow me to draw. I think this deck will be weak against artifact heavy, life gain and mana ramp decks, but I'm not used to standard
