Deck Description

Named after the favorite utterance of dear Sandal from Dragon Age, this deck is inspired by my discovery that Splinter Twins is way more awesome than what I'd been getting out of it. Let's combo up. Tis pwning time.

How to Play

The idea is using village bellringer along with Felhide or Splinter twins to do an infinite combo. At first, felhide might not seem infinite, and chances are it is not due to mana cost, but get two voyaging satyr out with it and that gives you the two mana you need for it's ability, which is a slightly less awesome version of splinter twins for a fraction the monetary cost (I have since realized that the set up needed to make this an infinite combo is ridiculous when it requires splinter twins and bell ringer which are a combo all on their own). The purpose of frontline medic, mother of runes and burning anger and power of fire are to ensure that felhide can use his ability safely. If you get a hateflayer out there, with sufficient mana, and equip one of the tap ability auras, then that's a separate combo (with burning anger on hateflayer, that's a six mana 20 damage combo). Heliod, Idyllic, cultivate and Congregation are all present to help ensure you get what you need, when you need it. Heliod is where I realized how awesome splinter twins could be, as I was in a desperate spot in a buff deck of mine and tossed splinter twins on the pilgrim to at least put up a fight. Drawing everything I needed in three turns was a nice twist of events. Exploration and fertile ground are present to help with mana generation, obviously. Wake the reflections might not be necessary in this deck as it does not contribute to the combos, but I couldn't pass it up. Consider those good spots for side board mischief. I was surprised that this deck came out so cheap. And a few tweaks would make it legal in modern as well. So thanks to my buddy Justin for bequeathing me two of the gnarliest auras ever.
