Deck Description

Been building this Venser deck for years, and it's by far my favorite playstyle.

It's still a bit slow, and I'm not sure how to speed it up or what I should put into the sideboard.

Very fun to play, especially if you start with a great hand like blade splicer, cloudshift, momentary blink and such.

Obviously topor orb shuts this deck down immediately, so detention spheres and sundering growth are a must to survive.

How to Play

Play splicers, bounce splicers, cloudshift splicers, venser splicers, cloudstone splicers, etc. for overwhelming golem tokens.

Deck discussion for Venser, Phyrexian Tainted

How often is the +1/+1 to your golem's relivent? I'd take that out for fliker wisp?

Pretty relevant. A lot of times, I don't have an unsummon or cloudshift in my hand, but I DO have another splicer. more golemns and backups are useful for protecting against burn/fueling cloudstone curio. I like flickerwisp though, I'll put that into my maybe board for now.

Edited slightly. The new Eldrazi Displacer brings in a flicker on a stick. I love this beast so much, i'm going to find a way to bring him into this deck.
