Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
My take on a modern variant of the Shardless BUG deck that was popular in legacy for years. Instead of cascading into free spells like Shardless Agent usually does in modern, we're just trying to play a BUG midrange deck that uses it to out value our opponent by being a free 2-for-1 most times we cast it. I think Ledger Shredder might be that card this deck was waiting for to work, as it is great to cascade into, and great to have out when we cascade.
So after early testing, it seems pretty solid so far. There are some awkward matchups where cascading into removal is a dead interaction, so that is a bit awkward. Other than that though, most cascades have ended up as a solid 2-for-1. Adding the competitive tag because we've won our first matches out against elementals, murktide, u/w control and dredge. Will update later after I can run it through a league.

Jace and liliana were quite the couple back then.Creeping tar pit was part of decks like these.Vryns prodigy quickly fell out of favor.You are also missing the "big trick" of that time, cascading into ancestral memories.Ofcourse you needed to set up for the cascade, but I think ledger might help you there.

ya i just never ever want to draw that card into my actual hand, and without brainstorm, the library manipulation for it is rough. So far cascading into ledger shredders and goyfs has been getting there by itself, so i haven't been missing it too much.
Ever considered library of leng to solve that?Once ancestral is in your hand you can either self discard it via liliana or even ordinary discard, or you can connive it...Then you put it on top and play shardless.Noone expects that move ;)You can even save keycards from liliana so you can play her more reckless.
