Elsepth is NOT white weenie, she's 6 mana, your highest cost should be 3 TOPS

I think this is AWESOME!
And the price is seriously affordable.
I've never seen a Maze's End deck or a Biovisionary Deck, but both at the same time... omg!
You might want to run Clones or Progenitor Mimics to copy Biovisionary as he may get countered when you're tapped out

I see no: Joraga Warcaller, Wellwisher, Elvish Vanguard, Immaculate Magistrate or Heedless One...

This deck needs more land, only by about 1 or 2, but it should have more land to be consistent. I mean, I know all your stuff needs 1 or 2 mana, but every test draw I've done so far has given me 1 land, and a bunch of 2 mana drops with no land until 5 turns later.

My bad, but on turn 6 you could carry out the combo 6 times and win the game

Still missing the basic mill cards like Tome Scour, Breaking, Traumatize, Consuming Aberration.
Reap intellect is fun though, and I love the use of Lord of the Void :)
Traumatize + Crypt Incursion would be a killer way to gain so much life.
Also, Traumatize + Consuming Aberration, then tap it with Phenax = Mill entire deck :)
Hope I Helped

Yeah. i mean Phenax is 5 mana Arcanist is 4, Wall of Frost is 3 so depending what you play and when you play it, turn 5 is as early as that combo goes

Good set up, but have a few recommendations as too focused on Phenax.
Tome Scour
Breaking (from Breaking // Entering)
Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker
Mind Grind
Traumatize
Mill Stone

Also, if you don't want to change the set up too much, run 4 Triton Tactics and 4 Elite Arcanists for perfect mill as explained here.
Play Wall of Frost, Play Phenax, Play Elite Arcanist, Exile Triton Tactics with Elite Arcanist, Tap Wall of Frost, they mill 7, pay 1 mana & tap Elite Arcanist to cast a copy of Triton Tactics target Wall of Frost, it Untaps and gains 3 toughness, tap it they mill 10, next turn do it again to make them mill 13 and then 16 and so on and so forth, you win.
:)

This deck seems to be based around +1/+1 counters, so I'd recommend Pheres-Band Tromper, 4 Mana (1 green) 3/3 with inspired, when it untaps it gets a +1/+1 counter.
Also, love the Badgers.
