very nice. i might adjust the mana curve a bit -- switch out some 1-casting cost spells for a few threes, other than that this is quite cool.

Thanks, I apparently was editing it as you posted this comment. I noticed the 3 cmc gap that I had and put in fabricate and got rid of one tutor (serve same function); and added rushing rivers (In place of swords), so if something does get through the counterbalance, I can rushing river it back to the hand.
Is this supposed to be for tournaments??
