I saw that the extort ability was really dangerous, yet very cheap. So I wanted to incorporate that in the main part of the deck. When I saw the infinite loop of the vizkopa guildmage's activated ability combined with exquisite blood I fell in love. With the extort ability I can also take advantage of a first turn kill, if I should get a swamp, dark ritual, thrull parasite and bond of agony in my opening hand.
I always try to start with the Thrull Parasite, if I have a bond of agony in my hand it means a second turn kill if I have a second land. Other then that I usually let the opponent hit me with the creatures I can't block, the extort evens us out quick enough. Short game, bond of agony. Long game, vizkopa guildmage's ability with the exquisite blood enchant equals infinite kill.
