Deck Description

The whole plan is to blow out the opponent with triggers from Altar of the Brood and Pyxis of Pandemonium. Chasm Skulker dies to make a bunch of babies for the triggers and Master of Waves spits out babies as well. The fetch lands are in there to thin out your deck so you won't draw into too many lands and it also triggers Altar of the Brood twice! (Also a great way to fill your graveyard for Temporal Trespass and Dig Through Time). Sideboard turns the deck more into a control deck if this approach doesn't seem to work against the opponent.
EDIT: Wasn't seeing enough Ensoul Artifacts or Ornithopter and all it was doing was taking up space. Testing out Dakra Mystic for this deck because essentially it helps fix my hand or helps mill them quicker. Keeping Darksteel Citadel in main board just in case I decide to bring in Ensoul Artifact to the main board if I'm playing against control. Boarding x1 Pearl Lake Ancient as well for those pesky control match ups.
-3 Ornithopter
-2 Ensoul Artifact
-1 Ordeal of Thassa
+3 Ætherspouts
+3 Dakra Mystic
Sideboard:
-2 Ætherspouts
-1 Swan Song
+3 Ensoul Artifact
+1 Pearl Lake Ancient

How to Play

Mill them out as quick as possible! Or just pound their face in with Elementals and Squids!

Deck discussion for MonoBlue Mill

Countermand is counter spell with a decent effect albeit moderately high cmc.

I think a Cellar door or two could be fun against a deck heavy in creatures, mill from the bottom of your opponents library and potentially trigger your altar as well.

Have you considered ashiok or grindclock for more mill stuff

Grindclock is too slow really :/ and I would play Ashiok but that requires me to go into black. It isnt a big deal but if I go into black, might as well run the other black cards like black removal and by that point I might as well build UB Control
