Kiora is the closest thing, likes big creatures and drawing, just not mill
Liliana is my 4th favorite planeswalkers
Planeswalkers are great, they‘re powerful enough so that post llanowar players get a minuscule edge over the older players to counteract experience and knowledge

You make good decks and have a lot, tagging would help you organize
Vraska is better
Nicol Bolas is better we need more Nicol Bolas reprints

Mill being prevalent definitely hurts it
Shieldsphere should be reprinted in the next artifact set
