Years ago, someone at my LGS made a comment that Boros was terrible and couldn't keep up with other color combinations. I disagreed and decided to make this deck to prove them wrong. It has since become my favorite deck and the one I put the most time into
The main goal is to win through Commander damage with Gisela, though if that fails I just go for straight giant damage to the face. Things like Urza's Incubator and Seal of the Guildpact are there to make my creatures cheaper, and then lots of Mana Rocks to ramp faster.
