Just an idea. I'd look into adding jaces archivist, especially if you usually have a decent hand size. That will trigger both psychosis AND your underworld dreams!

I do like sphinx of magosi. I've made some mods to my deck which I'll fix later today. I've added a Meishin the mindcage which kind of ruins that sphinx for me. I've also added in some artifact revival for my psychosis. So ya... xD

So from a couple of tests the levitation has added a VERY nice touch. Gives me good Protection from almost everything and an easy win once it's down! :D

I'd look into bloodghasts because they Rez on landfall and a butcher of malakir. Every creature of yours that dies or is sacrificed your opponents sac a creature. He's a little pricy but it's also cheaper than lvling an assassin

Like the last guy said, phantasmal dragon doesnt need to be in there. Jace's erasure would be really nice though! If you want that flying defence, I'd add a darkslick drake or even a whirlpool drake!

So far it's been working pretty well. I find I often had to get knight exemplars out or my lord of the unreal if I didn't want my field being popped right away. I also found that I was very susceptible to flying damage so I put in a levitation and it's been working wonders!

I would look into either myr galvanisers or merfolk commerce to untap all you creatures far more often and I would also think about adding the elf that gives you a 1/1 token for every elf you have in play. You could use it to consistently double your creatures

Haha you got me excited there for a second! But as it is, I've modded it a little for myself and on average my creatures are getting about +7/+7 from my lords xD and that's in a regular match hehe

Hey thanks man! I do plan on modding my deck when innistrad comes out, but I don't think for me personally a lot will change for my vampires. I don't play competitively and because of that I really have never made my decks standard. Innistrad will probably bring about the same amount of change as m12 brought to me... 1 or 2 really pretty vamps xD

Honestly, I very rarely find myself 'hoping' for mana. While my actual mana base is rather small I have things to compensate for that. Oblisk of Jund is a wonderful card and provides my deck with that little bit of mana ramp and mana correction it needs. I also have a couple of creatures giving me extra mana like the soulbright flamekin and the exuberant firestoker, and my Dragonspeakers to make everything cheaper. If I find myself rushing to pump out a dragon I've got the seething song and pyritic ritual to boost my mana. All in all I rarely find myself short on mana and even less am I wishing for different mana.

Myr are nice I'll give you that, but what can spirits bring to the table? I like vamps because it let's me build up a pretty good creature base using their creatures. I don't have any removal so captivating covers that for me!

nice deck! with all that spare mana you really can do whatever you want can't you? i might look into a red sun's zenith, or blaze... infinite damage is always fun! xD

Honestly, as much as a lot of the vamp decks look similar, there's pretty substantial differences in a lot of them... I kinda fear for what innistrad will do to my vamps xD haha

As for all the one and two copies of stuff, it ends up coming down to the way my deck works. for the most part, i don't NEED any of the specific vampires other than captivating. the rest are primarily support. i have first strike to deal with small pests, i've got death touch to deal with big guys, i've got viscera seer so i can more or less plan out what my next move will be before the turn comes, and i can also 'mod' it so to speak with her scry. a little removal is nice. again, the variety is just a wonderful thing to have, and when it really doesn't hurt me one way or another, why not role soft counters to everything i need.

Oh and btw archmage assention is ok...... It helps you find the cards you need quickly but if you search for cards, it's not a 'draw' thus it doesn't trigger psychosis crawler. It's a decent card otherwise though.

Ok... I guess you've got a point for the caress... I'm still not a huge fan for the sole fact that at that point you're trying to do a lot with this deck and you're putting cards in where you could be putting in more mill

Even though time reversal gives your opponent 7 cards I find that most of your cards end up in your hand. So 'milling' yourself out ends up with all your cards in your hand as opposed to your graveyard. That's my biggest concern.

Hey, you made my absolute favorite deck type to play EVER!!! I love to draw cards. But I can't help but think your deck is missing a couple of key drawing cards... Psychosis Crawler should be key in ANY good draw deck. Life loss for drawing plus a really big scary creature. xD hehe also, the way you've got your deck set up here, it looks like most of your cards are going to be in your hand. in which case your elixers aren't going to be doing all that much for you... look into something like time reversal. plus it lets you DRAW another 7!!! xD hehe

Oh and a small side note, lilianna's caress doesn't work with mill because at no point are you makIng them discard. Just thought I'd point that out for ya xD
