i would think about maybe adding another carnifex demon... having 2 of them would allow you to infinitely pass -1/-1 counters back and forth without fear of using them all up! that and it's a cheaper black sun... xD

have you maybe thought about about adding increasing confusion?
I completely agree with Vampyric. Volt Charge and Tezzy's gambit would do wonders for you! even grim affliction would be really nice i think! Also, something like a contagion engine might be a nice thought. 4 mana for a double proliferate each turn! xD I might look at taking out something like geistflame and desperate ravings for some of these... just a thought. looks like a really fun deck! if i can make a couple of suggestions, I'd think about adding a little bit of drawing power. you've already got some blue in there, so why not? and if you do add some draw, i think a reliquary tower would be really nice! xD I'd also look into a primeval titan. that's a LOT of mana ramp as soon as you bust him out! and he can search through your deck for some non-basic lands! bear umbra is probably my favorite umbra for anything EVER xD it'll untap all of your mana every time you swing! lets you make better use of both of your main phases. it looks like a pretty good deck otherwise! :D
have you thought about maybe adding in some white? silence is just plain mean, and you could also add grand abolishers so they can't cast anything on your turn... also, i would look at adding maybe an azorius chancery... if you only untap 1 land/turn, that land would tap for 2 mana putting you ahead and allowing you to use your scepter every turn! or you could look into something along the lines of a sol ring. it's not land therefore untaps, and 1 sol ring = 1 scepter. w/ something like that it might even be worth it to add an unwinding clock! xD
i like the deck, but am just curious as to why there are typhoid rats in your sideboard... 1 HS and they/ pop... and in an hs deck isn't your goal to have at least one always out?

I would look into add in a Venser, Shaper Savant, and a Vodalian Illusionist. You've got a few enter the battlefield effects in there, and the illusionist can phase out a creature so it'll return on your next upkeep, and you've got things like Braids, conjurer adept that if you can 'remove it from game' until you're turn will benefit you far more than them! also, i would think about adding in an information dealer. T: look at the top X cards where X is the number of wizards you control and put them back in any order. That scrying i think would really help you out!
I was thinking about a whispersilk or 2 in here. it would combo great with nameless one, but i'm also really liking how it would work with cephalid constable. as for the information dealer, i'm finding he is really handy in here, but i've got enough sudo scrying going on between sages of epityr and halimar depths and more info dealers would just be taking up space. that and as soon as i get my archmage up there's then no need for the dealers xD
I don't actually own this deck, this is just a deck that i've kinda wanted to make and try out for a while now because it looks like it would be fun. xD As for a little survival, the wind zendikon's are great because they're 1 drops, if you find that they're usually dropping something really big and scary on you, i'd look into something like pacify, arrest, or oblivion ring. a lot of white control i think would be helpful in stalling until you can do something. this deck as is is a very touchy deck in that you need to know when and where to spend your mana. bear umbra would give you great potential because you're not only untapping all of your land, but you're also untapping all of your potential blockers. obviously terra eternal is a must in that everything is now indestructible... but honestly i'm not 100% sure what else i could suggest to you!
no trample splicer? it pops out 2 golems and gives you trample! what's not to love! xD

I'm thinking maybe adding a jace belerin (don't have nearly enough cash for a mindsculptor) and maybe taking out Magus of the Future. I've played a few games with it, and i'm finding her rather useless... xD

Useless card detected! get rid of Rod of Ruin! one of the worst card's i've ever seen! add in a couple of mana myr for infinite mana, add unwinding clock to untap on opponents turn and maybe add a prototype portal for fun! xD haha
