"Bad lil" gets back ETB guys. Suggestions for what to run in place of what? Like a lot of this is sorting/digging, some of it's removal and I'm planning to play on Arena, so no board, meaning rec sage is solid. Would do SB if going with real cards.
Seems like faulty reasoning, is always having a Rec Sage for every Eldest Reborn worth not having a good play and a dead card in hand whenever the opponent isn't on a very specific control deck?Wildgrowth walker instead of the wall? In general I would either take the deck in a more reanimator oriented direction or just towards one of the many golgari mid builds.As for liliana... anything at all is better, Eldest Reborn, a kill spell, anything. She is great when you are ahead against an opponent who is trying to answer all your threats, but it is better to either not get that late into the game, or to play a card that is better when behind (Vivien) or to play a card that does what Lili does but better (Journey)
Hoi swarm, good points there.I feel pelt collector, though a great card, clashes with what this deck wants to do and though he is strong, makes all the other cards weaker. Id leave him in the sb and 100% run him with ixlai's deviner in the deck if you want to keep him.I would also say that getting some cards out of your 4 drop slot is important, id more say . Something like merflok branchwalker or ixali's deviner. This should help the deck run smoother, fill the graveyard and make you less vulnerableto aggro.If your worried about answers to certain things you could run a few Mausoleum Secrets to grab the card you need like izoni or plauge crafter? If you run 2 wreck sage and 2 status statute, and swap vivi for vraska then this should set you up to be able to deal with almost anything. Also, if this is kitchen table and the only deck you play plays 4 eldest reborn you still only want 3 wreck sage, as its a dead card till they get that one peace of value with reborn. They are already winning the mental game by you giving them value but bluffing you out and causing you to over focus your deck.
Secrets is black specific.
Right, so if you have Izoni, plage crafter, vraska and statute you get to look up an awnser for any situation! It looks for ANYTHING black, even non creature spells! so status statute could take up two of your wreck sage slots , meaning you have a more versatile spell, and you can tutor for it, giving you 6 ways to kill enchantments that are far more flexable than what you are already doing. :3

Honestly it doesn't win every match, but what it does do is flip my bad matches. Usually I play a sort of aggro that does well vs other aggro and mid range, this can struggle vs aggro but does alright vs midrange and embarrises a lot of the sort of Izzet Control meta that usually makes my main favorite cringe.
