Keep a hand with 3+ land and a Arboreal Grazer, or 2+ land and Utopia Sprawl. Get Unbound Flourishing out as early as T2 if possible. Play X cost to taste/need and increase that X as much as you can.Drift of Phantasms can be used to tutor up Unbound Flourishing, Beast Within, Thassa, or Sword as needed. Neat part in my opinion is you can always use Sword to get Drift of Phantasms back, and if you also get out Thassa you can ensure you hit with the sword so there's a lot of re-usability there.Thassa is unlikely to ever be a creature and sadly can't target Mistcutter Hydra but the two are really in there for very different purposes so that'as fine (wide board negation/anti control).

It's a really fun card. Could be a lot of potential with a more spell heavy deck as well but there's just something to be said for giant stompy Hydras.
