Trying to keep to around $100USD or less for this deck. Designed primarily for multiplayer, wherein some silly boards can happen suddenly and it's important to have mass response. Probably not making any friends when you drop 6 damage on everyone, but it's pretty funny none the less. Ideally commander will come up but devotion won't have to hit 7 or more. Stuffy Doll and Repercussion are both there for kills, but don't play both. Either is good for taking out a foe, return one to your hand before playing the other, ideally. Your ideal boarstate is a wipe with a handful of enchantments in play that punish players for playing creatures and or make it harder to play them, while wiping as you go.Your commander can start whittling the board and or putting pressure on oponents that require it once out.
