Banned in modern or I'd use it.
If memory serves, Great Furnace isn't Modern legal, and it looks like he's trying to keep it Modern legal.

I'm kinda liking the deck. Kinda did something similar with white
[[Inventor's Apprentice]] makes a decent 1-drop. It isn't Goblin Gaveleer level good, but still decent. Reckless Fireweaver gets in some chip damage every time you play an artifact.
Hey I'm pretty new to building equipment decks myself so would anyone mind taking a look at my Goblin Slayer deck?
I mean... a 2/3 for 1 is pretty beefy. I like it.
And yeah I struggle with the Fireweaver, if I had some sort of blink or bounce I'd 100% do it, but without it? Hrm. Boros deck using a bunch of artifact dorks, impact tremors, Fireweaver, and Purphoros plus mass blinking could be fun though.
+1The only problem I see is that you have a total of 11 creatures that want to get equipped but "only" 13 eqipments -> It's unlikely that you will have enough equipment for all your creatures. I would also think about either increasing the number of Swiftfoot Boots to 4, add [[Lightning Boots]] or add [[Apostle's Blessing]] (white instant with phyrexian mana that allows you to give one creature or artifact(!) protection from a chosen colour)Further suggestions:Temur Battle Rage ... double strike for e.g. Goblin Gaveleer is pretty mean. Assault Strobe would be the lower-cost but only sorcery variant of this spell. Infiltration Lens ... as (faster) replacement for Mask of Memory, either your creature becomes blocked and you get 2 cards or it will deal the whole damage. Cranial Plating ... slow but very powerful equipmentEtched Champion ... alternative to Kuldotha Phoenix. He's cheaper, thus faster, and has protection form all colours which makes him very hard to remove. Recently tuned up a bit. I think this works better.
