whats up my man, i think u should put a few more 2 mana instants in here for the scepters, just the 2 counterspells doesnt seem to be a good enough reason to run the scepter, but other than that this looks good

The scepter is just there for the early protection that is all. Besides I can't find a good card to go with this artifact deck.
