This deck is based around getting as many +1/+1 counters on creature I control as possible, using abilities like Graft and Proliferate. These creatures are then made unblockable, using Whispersilk Cloak or Traveler's Cloak. Suggestions very welcome.

I have a similar deck, but it's 5 colors, here are some that could help your deck .Doubling season, Cosi's Trickster, Guilder Bairn, Gnarlid Pack, Sta Beetle and Lorescale Coatl.
I really want the Guilder Bairn, and the Lorescale is fantastic. I would have gotten Doubling Season if it weren't so expensive.
I'll put my deck up tomorrow after work, its pretty good, I just need a little more speed at drawing cards.
Check out the card Vigor: it is ridiculously good if you manage to get it out.
