Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

Sorry, my mind is on Modern. Those two are still banned in Extended. Needle Specter, Abyssal Specter, Larceny, Death Denied, Jester's Cap and Eradicate are also banned in Extended. Megrim, Hypnotic Specter, Scepter of Fugue and Coat of Arms are legal, but are phasing out of Extended on 5 October 2012.

Glad to help :) I think you missed Hymn to Tourach, it's not legal. Here's a few ideas: Horrifying Revelation, I like this card and I think it's underrated. Psychic Miasma is interesting, it has a possibility of returning to your hand to be played again :) Despise, Duress and Inquisition of Kozilek all cost 1, but the choice depends on what your group plays a lot of.

I would put in some inquisition of kozilek and durress instead of mind rot. While mind rot is a decent discard spel, the biggest weakness of discard decks is the first couple turns. You have to empty the hand fast, because once they have an empty hand, it means they already played what they wanted and your caress is useless. Scroll of grislbrand offers instant speed discard, and quest for the nihl stone sets up a fall back plan for when their hand is empty. Painful quandry is expensive mana eise, but if they are top decking (like they should if you played fast) then they are FORCED to take 5 if they play a spell. Also, distress is a nice, cheap fall back card. Aim to take out smaller cmc cards. Mind rot lets them say "well, I dont need this 9 mana leviathan first turn", but with kozelik, you choose what they discard, and stalling them for 4 turns with one card is incredibly efficient.
4 is a bit much for mind rot. duress looks good hopefully the game is over berfore Painful Quandry can come out but without Larceny caress combo it may not be. Thanks
Larceny is the card i can't find a replacment for: Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to a player, that player discards a card from his or her hand.
Oona's Blackguard's last ability could be a replacement for Larceny, only problem it getting +1/+1 counters on your other creatures. One idea is Ring of Xathrid, but that's a little time consuming...
