As the name already says, this deck is about Relentless Rats. Some cards that are funny with them are Thrumming Stone, Bloodbond March and any overrun effects. The commander is Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord, who can shoot some rats in the opponent´s face, once they get big. Any Ideas?

Not bad, but use less Relentless Rats, cut down on all the one shot spells, then add a few extras. You can also do without the Planeswalkers.

Since this is a commander (EDH) deck, cards can only be played one time instead of four times exept Relentless Rats and basic lands. Also Relentless Rats are the main theme of the deck. With less of them most cards wouldn´t work anymore. But anyways, thanks for the comment
