What is phasing out?

If its in play, during your upkeep it phases out (ceases to exist). If it is phased out, during your upkeep in comes back into play.What's nice about this deck is it uses teferi's veil to phase out an attacking hell's thunder (or any other creature) before you sacrifice it, then it comes back your next turn and so on.So you can basically attack...have your creatures leave play, than jokulhaups or supreme, or upheaval, etc, then finish out the game.
Nice! So basically it just exits the game, then comes back in your next upkeep
correct...not exile...just not anywhere in the game (another zone). It also helps avoid sorcery speed removal from your opponents.
