24 counter spells!? Cut some out. Your decks only win con is chasm skulker and a simple abrupt decay or supreme verdict (both of which I run in my standard deck) could get rid of it without the worry of getting countered. Add some more kill spells. I might drop another comment when I get to a computer, but for now, I'll leave you with this.
