The goal here is mill but not in one shot, Ruin crab is hedron crab with one more toughness so it survives -2/-2 and shock better. Thieves guild enforcer becomes a 3/2 fairly quick in this deck and that deathtouch stops most large threats in their tracks. I used to love mindsculpt in mill it used to be fairly fun to watch people get flustered when over a 10th of their deck went away and maddening cacophony is 1 card better. Mind Funeral sometimes can clear them of 4 lands or it can dig through some of the low land decks. Warped Devotion is useful way to try and stop things from coming back when you have this many bounce spells. I was also trying to stay in a budget of under $100, so no Cyclonic Rifts, Archive Traps, Good Lands or Mesmeric Orbs. I've always loved mill and some of the new cards for it have been pretty good.

Bouncing can be used both ways with echoing truth.I've had it in use with merfolk secretkeeper, and it would be able to be used on thieves' guild enforcer as well.
