I suggest putting the commander into the sideboard so that people can see it.

Make sure to include some low mana creatures.

This is a very nice deck. You might want to take out a Thought Scour and add another Increasing Confusion. This is just an idea, but maybe you can add Terramorphic Expanses or Evolving Wilds to serve the same purpose as Misty Rainforest. I really like this deck a lot.

I like it, but maybe you should add more creatures. It's hard to have an infect deck with very few creatures.

Why do you have Surgical Extraction and Gut Shot? Other than that, this deck is amazing

How'd you get it to be so cheap?

The hydra you're thinking of is Khalni Hydra and it's a bit too expensive. I also have sideboarded cards with reach. Thanks for the suggestions!

Did you forget that you can have any number of Relentless Rats in a deck?

Use Jace, Memory Adept

Now I only have one Nissa's Chosen, but I'm not using Ezuri because it doesn't really go along with the mana gain idea.

Got rid of it to keep the deck modern.

To add tons of mana to your mana pool

I don't quite get why you need a Demonic Tutor. I don't think it goes too well with the deck theme, and it costs tons of money.

There are cards much cheaper than Auriok Champion mana-wise that gain you 1 life when a creature enters the battlefield. You should put Ariok on the sideboard instead.

I'm not an expert, but maybe you could put an extra Sword of Mind and Body onto the sideboard to shuffle in if you are playing a green or blue deck.

There are a few cards on the sideboard that I don't understand why they were included.
