A budget vintage Dragonstorm deck. No single card costs over $100. I have thought about changing up the mana and sideboard to be more wish friendly. Right now the side board just has my fun combo for backup that does not really belong in the deck in addition to the wish targets. Please let me know what you think. Cheers.
As said in the name, the point is to tutor or draw into the Dragonstorm. Meanwhile playing lots of tutors or mana accelerators to bring up the storm count. The Pact of Negations and Misdirection protect the combo. You have to know how to mulligan to have the perfect hand to go off turn 2 or 3. Tendrils or Burning wish for Empty the Warrens are alternate win conditions. Or just hard cast the dragons.

I'd suggest some artifact hate. While you'll go off turn 2 or 3, it would ruin your parade if an opponent played grafdigger's cage turn one. Then you'd be stuck hard casting or hoping to get a high enough storm count for tendrils of agony, which would all slow you down significantly.

I have actually done a deadly tendrils turn 2 before. Pretty sweet.
