If you want my advice, replace the Rings of Brighthearth with an illusionists bracers, and the garruk's pack leader with a soul of the harvest. I would also say you need more power 5 or greater creatures. I made a Mayael EDH as well you may look at it if you want.

Try looking at eyes in the skies, moonsilver spear, roc egg, hoofprints of the stag, and griffin guide, they all put out flying tokens. Put in parallel lives it doubles all tokens you play. Take out the angel's tomb and yew spirit, and you have 2 caracals and 2 heralds of war.

I'm sorry but I have to tell you that this looks really bad. Altar of the lost, codex shredder, wooden stake, diregraf escort, goldnight commander, goldnight redeemer, keening apparition, chorus of might, and common bond need to be taken out. I don't know what to replace them with but I'd try bigger creatures to get more off of trostani, get a rhox faithmender and boon reflection. Travel preparations is better than common bond. You have 2 trained caracals. And get some hybrid land, try temple garden, selesnya guildgate, sunpetal grove, or graypelt refuge.
