Little tricky but all you need is Treasure Hunt. So mulliganing to 2 is fine if one is Treasure hunt :P
well for returning advice.Do you find Sage of Hours gets any use? I have thought about adding him but i don't like that he looses the counters
I made something like this and it tore through by friends standard decks!!The only difference is i through in Eidolon of Countless Battles for some nice end game punch. In case they are still alive or have annoying life gain.

Lotus petal will give black so dark ritual from them. Getting there :P
Get four mana on turn 1: use 1 swamp + dark ritual and either Chancellor of the Tangle or Simian Spirit Guide. then cast either Balustrade Spy or Undercity Informer, target yourself. you have no other land than the swamp used at the beginning so the whole library goes to graveyard. now its the fun bit. with everything put to graveyard 4 Narcomoeba come in to play. using them sacrifice them to flashback Cabal Therapy and Dread Return. whilst this is happening you have 4 Bridge from Below in your graveyard so sacrificing 4 Narcomoeba = 16 2/2 zombies. you use Dread Return to play Flame-Kin Zealot. Those 16 2/2s are now 3/3s with haste. Include Flame-Kin Zealot in it and you got yourself 51 damage attacking on turn 1
