I always wanted a Blue deck with lots of big scary creatures and card advantage. This is what I came up with.
Play the passive game early. Control what needs to be controlled, but for the most part, let your opponents kill each other. Then later, drop big scary creatures, clone them, and be led to victory on the back of Tromokratis or Nezahal or whatever

UPDATE: so this deck(pardon the pun) worked swimmingly. It countered spells, drew cards, delated the game until I turned the tables to my advantage and I won. I took 4 hours to do it. Personally, I'm not a fan of a game of Mtg taking an afternoon when no player really gets to do anything. Its not the deck, it's me.
