We took out the last shepherds for increasing savagery, put sakura back (I misread sigarda's ability, and it works great with reya dawnbringer)
It worked really nice overall, going 7-3 with my only real life deck (boros from monsters vs heroes type of thing)
The one thing I noticed though, is that you tend to drag the game on very late and have nothing to cast, so we were thinking about adding card draw or instant power boosts to the angels, but we don't know what to switch anymore

Mono white angel life gain, temur midrange morph, black decks (a lot of them), token-ish lifegain, slivers (5-color not that good), and orzhov exalted midrange that is surprisingly pretty good, are the decks that are played at my school.
I was wondering how good would the spellslinger deck do against them (except the angels), do you have any idea?

Maybe...
We have exams this week, so we will be able to get together after school since we have half days, so you won't have to wait that long, but right now what we did and will test today:
-2 emeria angel
-1 shepherd of the lost
+1 reya dawnbringer
+ 2 blinding angel
-2 sakura (didn't work well with sigarda)
+2 farseek

I am also thinking about making room for increasing savagery, as it will instantly drop his angels' costs by 5 if done to Herald of war

Dat synergy between creatures is awesome, like in all good sliver decks, you get a +1 from me
Your mana curve is good already and adding a few higher cost wouldn't hurt you, so I would take out steelform for megantic sliver for its better capability to buff your slivers, and being able to finish the game with more damage
Also, I would exchange the guildgates for the new dual lands from khans

Thank you, you are a great friend, I wish we could meet
Same to you, even though I doubt you would need anything from me
By the way I will keep you posted on the final results

My friend says thank you, and it is exactly what he was looking her
We will just playtest and tune it before he actually makes it

Oh, thanks, sorry for my stupid question, I wasn't thinking clearly yesterday
I was just about to comment back, I playtested it and what do you think of deck search, like chord of calling and yisan, the wanderer bard, because half of the time, I don't get the biomancer until late game and I have to copy a thragtusk to stay alive, especially against flying, or the copy spells just sit in my hand

I love it!
My only problem is how do you protect biovisionary against control, ex: supreme verdict? And can you win before aggro decks can drop your life to 0?

I love centaur battlemaster too!
Solidarity of heroes?

I have a challenge for you from my friend: Friday budget, fast but still competitive angels (don't care about format)

As awesome as it looks
2-1 minotaurs
3-0 orzhov life gain
2-1 abzan outlast (barely)

The only thing that makes it better is keranos and he adds so much speed in the late game
So I'm getting this deck and there is another I really want to make, but it's expensive, so if you know anyone who has those cards, and the ones for this deck, and want to trade or sell, I'd appreciate

This deck would be for all my school tournaments, since they are all modern or legacy

It depends...are you willing to add in blue?
But one recommendation I have right now is liliana vess to search for the right card
And ajani steadfast for even more loyalty each turn...and that just gave me an idea

Also, if you still need that thoughtseize, I figured out the specific cards that I need

http://www.mtgvault.com/barracuda/decks/bant-control/
http://www.mtgvault.com/barracuda/decks/esper-control/

I need all of those except elixir and one garruk (don't worry I'm not expecting to get everything) and I got a kruphix,
And a whole bunch of commons/ uncommons, and some money as a last resort if you have more of these than what the trade would be worth
I have a lot of yugioh cards though, if you're into that I have a lot of rares

I got this for spellslinger, but most of the good cards for that type of deck are not standard, so I'll only use it when we do non-standard tournaments: http://www.mtgvault.com/barracuda/decks/spellslinger/
I feel like it still has some problems though...but it came out budget without me even realizing it!

I also came up with this just for fun: http://www.mtgvault.com/barracuda/decks/liliana-the-new-khan-of-abzan/

Thanks for your support

And I just realized maybe utter end would be better than mortify since it can also get rid of artifacts and planeswalkers

Thanks! Ok I just sold 60$ worth of cards so I can make a good deck. I know this is pretty good, but what is THE best way I can start playing competitive with khans?
I could get this with a couple of Ajanis (mentor) and a kalonian hydra, but I would like your better opinion on if there is a better deck out there

I know this may sound like a newb question, but what happens when there are 2 corpsejack menaces on the battlefield?

in a planeswalker heavy expensive deck, you really need chain veil, and also speed up the land base by using less "enters the battlefield tapped" lands. I suggest sandsteppe citadel just for the flexibility and getting more basic lands instead of some temples, even though the scry does help... it's your choice
But other than that, it is really good and definitely worth the like!

Same here!! Well, abzan ascendancy and Herald of anafenza both get tokens out
Northy, I playtested this deck a lot and it runs really good, is really fun to play, has a lot of synergy, and the only thing I would change is to add kin-tree invocation for a big late game threat, but otherwise this is THE deck I would recommend for any new players starting on Khans. Very nice work my friend, definitely worth a like!
