you could add dark depths to target with your hexmage. An evil combo.

Kalitas and Captivating Vamp would be a good addition. Blood Tithe, especially in EDH would be deadly, along with Sanguine Bond and Blood Tribute. Just some thoughts. I love vamps and am happy to see a vampire EDH deck.
