Good idea, added 2x Supreme Verdict

I would honestly run 4x supreme verdict. And one more Azor's elocutor's for consistency because you're not running enough substantial draw to get to your win mechanic so increase the chances of getting the Eloctutor's to substantiate this. Enduring ideal is way too much. Maybe try a tutor of some kind? And I like the use of porphyry nodes but I would run four because your not running any other one drop and you can play one, kill a creature, sacrifice it your turn, and then play one again. Their use is limitless.

Great comment. I made your changes. Seems more fluid. Thanks!

haha thank you. If you enjoy making this kind of deck, try looking up some stasis decks. its a cheap, fun, shutdown based mechanic in legacy.

Oh, I am well versed in the control lockdown decks. Statis + Winter Orb was quite the combo back in the day. I have been playing since Revised came out. People hated playing against those kind of decks. I loved making them though.

hi ty for posting in my deck's comment section!
Wow looks like great minds think alike! Anyways, I suggest taking out the supreme verdicts. They will screw up your Sphere of Safety mana tax.

I suggest Curse of Exhaustion.
Theres another card that combos with it where your opponent can only cast one spell per turn. I forget the name though.

No Prob. However, I am failing to see why Supreme Verdicts would screw up the sphere of safety mana tax. I need them to protect myself if I don't have the enchantment shields up. Since I have so few creatures, it does not affect me much.

The card you are thinking of is Arcane Laboratory or Rule of Law.

This is what my friends like to call "douche" decks or "next" decks.
Cause, when you bring this deck out, they will call you a douche bag and tell you that you better not play it next game. Haha.
I seen the Propaganda for the Deck Picture and had to click over.

I started playing magic around the end of mirage/tempest and beginning or Urza.
Bought, exodus, i think, a pre-constructed deck with 1 propaganda and 1 equilibrium...needless to say, I played nothing but blue control decks for years afterwords. Fond memories :)

I have the reputation in my play group as "that guy". I can only bust this deck and my warped devotion deck out once a month, for fear of losing my friends. As "douchey" as it is, it is pretty damn strong and effective.
