i dnt get what everybody likes bout necropotence
but thanks i wanted to make a mono colored edh deck i went with black cuz i rarely use my black cards they felt left out
Necropotence is the 3rd best drawing engine (card) in the game (behind Ancestral Knowledge and, surprise, Contract From Below). Quite arguably the most dominant black card of all time. Necropotence takes the simple equation of "one card = one life" and turns it on its head. Once you play Necropotence, the remaining cards you'll see the rest of the game depend wholly on your life total. That's why you use Drain Life, Corrupt, Soul Burn, and Zuran Orb to make sure you have plenty of cards to draw. You can pay 15 life in one turn to draw 15 cards, there is no limit to how often you use it in one turn, so factor in life gain and it's one of the most over powered cards ever printed.

you could add mind swords. it isnt that good, but i see you have alot of "mind" cards lol also on a more serious note, you should add surgical extraction. and thoughtsieze if you have the money cool deck tho
dude does anybody know what the guy above is talking about by saying ancestral knowledge is the most powerful drawing engine?? it doesnt let you draw cards at all. i dunno if he is confused or whattt
