My worry now is that I am not utilizing the cipher ability, which is ultimately why I put my Rouges in the deck, I liked the suggestion of Cloudfin Raptor as well and I think that they also can be a viable option for cipher. What do you think? Is it worth trying to utilize?

Thanks so much for your reply, a lot of the suggested cards I didn't even know about because I am so new to MTG so thanks! I will make some changes and then if you could, I would appreciate you looking over them before I go out and get the cards. I tried building this myself so there are definitely some kinks that need to be worked out. I have been kinda shaky on Duskmantle Seer, I guess I have never been one to run cards that have the risk of hurting me as well, but I can see how it would aid me against my friend's Gruul deck. Taking out Death's Approach was a good idea and one that I saw coming, it seemed great at first because I thought I would be milling a lot, but playing my friend's Selesynia token deck proved that they are ineffective. I like that you suggested taking out the guildmages, I tend to look at their effects and tried to pair it up with some of the mill that I had going and didn't bother looking at mana cost. thanks again for your help, it means a lot as I am just starting out in MTG. It is also nice to see a fellow Eagles, Flyers, and Phillies fan!!!
