You'll need some card draw to really abuse the system, and most of your cards already use activated ability... How about the ol' Jace/Rings of Brighthearth combo?
reejerey would be good to boost your merfolk and you can tap or untap their best cards with its other effect
this deck is some much better than my own miller, btw i'm thinking of taking your forced fruition and holy day card ideas, Parallel Thoughts might come in handy
