Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.


Deck Description

This Deck is an all out offensive, it gets going right out of the gate with low Land costs. Does amazing damage really fast while the creature control allows for sustained pressure. Also the Enchantments are there for Longer drawn out games. And your Charm's and Spotlight are their to counter your counters ;). This deck is very hard to counter. If you wish to play Standard Simply switch out the "Lightning Bolts" for 2x "Searing Spears" 1x "Reverberate" and 1x of "Your Choice" Or simply just take them out.

How to Play

Start the game early by first placing low creatures with "Extort" or "Whenever a creature dies" to maximize damage output. Then Combo burn spells with Creature destruction spells to sustain throughout and hold onto a charm for those token/artifact/mill decks/flashback but use the charm wisely as it will weaken your "Wright of precinct six" which has the potential to be your biggest Creature. And save your "X Land" creature destruction spells till you get your "Crypt Ghast" out as his ability pretty much doubles the output.

Deck discussion for Tourney - Black Red Control

You need to remove about 15 cards... it'll work a lot better that way. I would also not recommend removing any land either.

I see removal and burn. No control really... Control usually implies counterspells and/or locking out an opponent in some way or another. Stensia Bloodhall is horrible... 5 mana to do 2 damage is just crazy. It's a decent card in EDH maybe or casual multiplayer, but you really should invest into some Blood Crypts.
The biggest weakness to this deck is if you play against a control deck running few to no creatures. If you are, your deck is will get destroyed. I'm not too savvy with Standard anymore, so I could be way off... either way, this deck needs some major tweaking and unfortunatley I'm not sure where to start. You concept is decent, but it's just so reliant on your opponent running tons of creatures.

If i'm not playing a creature deck that's where extort curse of bloodletting and the burns come in, plus the creatures aswell. Standard decks can't be good against everything but this deck is really close.
